Brief introduction:
GDM2 x 10 x 17, GDM3 x 14 x 30 hydraulic shut-off door is a water seal slagging device for the 200MW and 300MW units of the power station. It absorbs and digests the advantages of the imported similar equipment. It is designed through a lot of investigation and investigation.
1. The slag can be shut off by the slag bucket and enter the scraper dredge. Due to the water seal performance of the door, the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be guaranteed and the cleaning and sanitation of the boiler room can be maintained.
2. The door body is provided with heat resistant plate and cooling water system. The door body is sealed with asbestos cloth externally to keep the door body from deformation for a long time.
3. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 12Mpa and the maximum working pressure is 16Mpa, ensuring that the closing of the door during the maintenance period of the dredger can withstand 5t of slag.
4. The oil circuit system is all-electric hydraulic control, equipped with electric control cabinet and button station, with high degree of automation.
