I. Uses and Features:
The silo top switching valve is installed on the top of the silo and is used for switching between silos in the conveying pipeline. It has the advantages of convenient switching, good sealing, compact structure and small footprint, and is an important component in the pneumatic conveying system.
The valve uses an air-filled sealing ring. When the valve is opened or closed, there is no contact between the valve core and the sealing ring. After the valve is switched, the sealing ring is inflated to achieve elastic deformation and seal.
The valve is equipped with a position switch and can send the switch signal to a PLC for remote control.
The sealing ring has a pressure detection switch that can intelligently detect whether the sealing ring has failed or is damaged;
The valve is cylinder driven, making switching convenient and quick.
