The GDGS series single-roller slag crusher features smooth operation, low noise, and minimal vibration. Its hobbing plates and jaws are cast from a high-temperature, high-chromium alloy, offering both high heat resistance and excellent wear resistance. The material combines high strength with a certain degree of toughness. The motor and reducer are each equipped with a separate hydraulic coupling to protect downstream transmission components. The discharge gap is adjustable.

1. The toothed roller structure is divided into three types: A, B, and C. Type A toothed rollers have a full tooth plate structure and no spacers. New tooth plates can be replaced after wear and tear. Type B toothed rollers have spaced tooth plates. This structure improves the feeding capacity of large slag blocks and is easy to replace after wear and tear. It is the most widely used toothed roller type. Type C toothed rollers have an involute gear ring structure, which has a strong slag crushing capacity and a more complex structure.

2. The integral bearing seat is replaced with a split bearing seat, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly of the gear roller and more convenient for product maintenance.

3. The jaw plate is changed from fixed to adjustable, so that the slag particle size can be adjusted to no more than 25mm.

4. The transmission mode is divided into two forms: coupling transmission and chain transmission. Generally, coupling transmission should be preferred.

The single-roller slag crusher is a new type of ash crusher developed based on advanced foreign technology from the 1990s. It is suitable for crushing slag from under thermal power plant boilers and similar industrial and mining applications. It offers excellent wear and corrosion resistance, with its main working components constructed from high-chromium-molybdenum anti-wear alloy and stainless steel. It also has a wide range of applications, particularly for crushing low-quality, easily coked coal slag, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and mining operations.
