I. Uses and Features
This series of products is mainly used for wet mixing and conveying of powdery materials in the lower part of ash silos and ash hoppers in thermal power plants and other sectors.
The product uses two spiral blade shafts to uniformly mix and convey powdery materials, and the humidity can be controlled by a manual regulating valve to meet the requirements of conveying.
This series of products is also suitable for humidifying, mixing, and conveying materials containing solid particles in chemical, mining, and other sectors.
• Compact structure, good sealing, and a baffle plate at the feed inlet to prevent water mist backflow;
• Uniform mixing, with fan-shaped mixing blades providing a large contact area with the medium during mixing;
• Multiple rows of nozzles ensure uniform and adjustable water flow;
• Low residual ash rate, with a watershed at the bottom of the chamber ensuring no dead corners inside the equipment.
