Introduction to dome valve:
The DN250 P30675D-00 dome valve is designed for pneumatic conveying systems and can also be supplied as a standalone product. Dome valve principle:
①. The exhaust dome valve can cut off the flowing material flow or static material column entering the pressure tank, and then close to achieve sealing. This ensures that the filling rate in the tank is 100% , and there is no need to rely on the level meter of the sending tank, so the control principle is simple and reliable.
② When handling abrasive materials, the expandable pressure seal ring embedded in the dome valve seat ensures the working pressure difference before and after the valve. The elastic expandable seal ring can be sunken into the material particles, avoiding the sliding of the material particles due to the pressure difference and the wear of the valve seat and seal ring.
③ When slurry, bulk powder, particles, lumps or dust filled with gas will wear the seal ring, resulting in ineffective sealing. The expandable seal ring provides continuous wear compensation. The pressure difference will accelerate the wear of the traditional hard seal valve, and the expandable seal ring provides continuous wear compensation.
④. Thermal expansion will hinder the continuous operation of the dome valve; the expandable sealing ring can provide wear compensation in the temperature range of -40 ℃ to 320 ℃; the specially constructed dome valve can perform work above this temperature range.
⑤ The displacement of the rotating dome valve core in the valve body enables the dense material column to rotate, so that the dome valve completely filled with material can pass through the filled material to close and seal.
