M8300 Series Intelligent Electric Actuator: This product is an intelligent electric actuator developed by Chongqing Sichuan Instrument Company in cooperation with internationally renowned companies. It is a special device for driving terminal control units (valves, baffles, etc.). It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, power stations, heating and water supply systems and sewage treatment systems.
The M8300 series electric actuator is a multi-turn electric actuator with a built-in intelligent controller. The electric head adopts a worm gear structure, and a gearbox can be attached to meet the user’s needs for different torques.

Main performance and parameters :
Voltage output: DC 24V ; maximum 30mA , with input / output power short circuit protection.
Motor control: thyristor control.
Working mode: S4 – 25% , 1200 times / hour, according to IEC34 .
Protection level: IP67 ; IP68 optional. IP43 during transportation and storage .
Humidity : < 95% average (to avoid atomization , please use a heater).
Installation location: any.
Coating : 1K epoxy paint coating ( black ), external bolts are stainless steel ( except oil drain bolts ) .
Electromagnetic interference resistance (EMC) : According to EMC product standard EN61800 Part 3 .
Electromagnetic radiation (EMC) : According to EMC product standard EN61800 Part 3 .
Switch quantity control shortest setting pulse: 200ms complete pulse.
Controller dead zone: 0.4% ; (0.4 ~ 5% adjustable ) .
Analog input ( optional ) : 4 ~ 20mA ; electrical isolation, 250Ω input resistance , rising characteristic.
Digital input (E1-E4) : 4 optically coupled inputs, independent potential, free configuration. Digital 0 : -3V ~ +5V or open circuit. Digital 1 : +12V ~ +35V .
Analog output ( optional ) : 4 ~ 20mA position signal; load capacity, maximum 500Ω ; electrical isolation; short circuit protection; rising characteristics; temperature influence ± 0.1%/10K .
Digital output: Standard 4 ( A1-A4 ): Optional 3 ( A5-A7 ) free potential, gold-plated changeover contacts, electrical isolation, free configuration of use: Maximum voltage 250Va.c. , Maximum current < 5A , Minimum current > 1mA , overload protection, terminal block DTC/NO contact, see wiring diagram.
Basic error limit: ± 1 %.
