The dome valve (spherical airlock valve) is a new type of quick-closing valve. It adopts an internationally advanced air-sealing structure, ensuring no contact between the valve core and the inflatable sealing ring during opening and closing. The sealing ring is made of a specially formulated rubber and can be widely used for sealing powdery materials.
It is a key component in pneumatic conveying systems and is widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
Features include:
No contact between the valve core and the sealing ring during operation, low operating resistance, and long service life;
Uses an inflatable sealing ring for excellent sealing performance;
The pneumatic actuator uses a fully enclosed rotary push rod type straight cylinder drive, with rotary output, reliable performance, and high output torque, meeting the requirements for operation under harsh conditions.
