I. Uses and Features:
This product is suitable for non-corrosive, low-abrasive powders in industries such as power, building materials, metallurgy, coal, and chemicals.
This product is used for loading materials onto trucks or ships. It can be interlocked with the feeding facilities under the silo, and the loading and unloading process is automated through the control system. It is an ideal piece of equipment for loading bulk powdery materials onto trucks and ships.
The dry ash bulk loading machine adopts a double-pipe structure. The inner telescopic pipe is made of high-quality metal with good wear resistance, while the outer telescopic pipe is made of rubber-coated canvas with good sealing performance. The connection between the bulk loading head and the tank truck adopts a rubber sealing type to ensure that no dry ash is emitted during the entire unloading process.
The bulk loading head is driven by three ropes, ensuring smooth ascent and descent. The bulk loading head also features a conical surface with a sealing ring, providing excellent sealing during loading.
The drive motor is an electromagnet brake motor, which can prevent the unloading head from falling due to power failure and causing accidents;
The control system can operate in both semi-automatic and fully automatic modes and is equipped with a remote control interface for convenience.
