I. Applications and Features:
The DMC type electro-pulse bag filter is a high-efficiency purification device specifically designed for the working conditions of ash and slag silos in thermal power plants. It adopts advanced cleaning technology and features a large gas handling capacity, excellent purification effect, simple structure, reliable operation, and low maintenance. Its structural design takes into account its layout characteristics; due to its good sealing performance, it can be installed outdoors.
The electro-pulse bag filter adopts a top-drawing structure, and the filter bags use an expansion ring structure, ensuring a reliable seal between the filter bags and the perforated plate, facilitating installation and maintenance.
The key component of the electro-pulse bag filter’s pulse-jet cleaning system, the electromagnetic pulse valve, has a service life of up to one million cycles, ensuring thorough cleaning and high efficiency, with a dust removal efficiency of up to 99.9%.
The perforated plates of the electro-pulse bag filter are machined using German equipment, resulting in smooth inner holes and minimal roundness error.
