Overview:

ZHJ-402 Vibration Temperature Sensor Transmitter It is a combination of a vibration velocity sensor and a temperature sensor. There are two vibration sensors, which are fixed in the horizontal and vertical directions. The temperature sensor is implemented by a PT100 platinum resistor. It is specially designed for monitoring the operating conditions of equipment such as coal crushers. It fully considers the special working conditions and working environment of coal crushers, and adopts a number of proprietary technologies to greatly enhance the measurement accuracy, anti-interference ability and working reliability. The vibration velocity sensor converts the vibration signal into an electrical signal using the principle of magnetoelectric induction. The temperature sensor uses the characteristic that the platinum resistor changes linearly with temperature to measure temperature.

Installation and use of ZHJ-402 vibration temperature sensor transmitter :

To install the sensor, four 8mm round holes with a distance of 60 square meters are required , and a 10mm detection hole is required in the middle to install the temperature sensor. Note that the horizontal detection direction of the sensor should be consistent with the actual horizontal measurement direction.

The brown and gray wires of the matching cable are connected to the vertical vibration sensor; the black and purple wires are connected to the horizontal vibration sensor; the blue, pink and orange wires are connected to the PT100 temperature sensor, and the pink and orange wires are short-circuited together internally.

Notes for ZHJ-402 vibration temperature sensor transmitter :

1. The sensor uses a multi-core twisted shielded cable, which is correctly connected according to the wiring diagram, and the shielding layer is connected to the ground at one end in the control room.

ZHJ-402 vibration temperature sensor transmitter troubleshooting:

1. The normal resistance value of the vibration sensor is about 1400 Ω. If it is too small or too large, it means that the sensor is damaged or the connection is faulty.

2. The normal resistance of a PT100 sensor is about 100 to 200 Ω. If it is too small or too large, it means that the sensor is damaged or the connection is faulty.
