Servo Valve
Power-stage spool valves are driven by single-stage or two-stage pilot valves. Therefore, the D660 series proportional valves are available in two-stage and three-stage configurations. Two-stage proportional valves are primarily used in applications requiring high resolution and dynamic response with small signals. Three-stage proportional valves are suitable for applications requiring high dynamic response with larger command signals.
This servo proportional valve combines a fast-response pilot stage, a reasonable spool valve drive area, and the functionality of an integrated circuit board, thus providing comprehensive control capabilities.
Performance characteristics:
- High-flow valve body flow channel design ( X and Y ports can be selected for pilot stage external control and external leakage)
- Reduced the driving area of the main valve core

- —Even a relatively small pilot flow rate can drive the valve core to move rapidly.
- The fail-safe design ensures that in the event of a short circuit, power failure, or oil pressure loss, the main valve core is reliably and safely positioned via the centering spring and seat valve.
