Dome valve principle:
The opening and closing action of the dome valve DN100 P30659D-00 is carried out in a non-contact state between the valve body and the valve core. After the dome valve is closed, the unique inflatable sealing device in the valve body can automatically seal the valve channel firmly and make the conveying cavity on one side of the dome valve in a reliable pressure conveying state. This can ensure that the pneumatic conveying system does not fail during operation and operates reliably. Due to the unique design of the internal components of the dome valve, the unimpeded flow of materials in the valve body and the non-contact relative movement between the valve body and the valve core during the opening and closing of the valve are achieved, so that the dome valve is wear-free during the material flow and the opening and closing of the valve.
The valve core of the dome valve is a spherical dome. During the opening and closing process of the dome valve, there is a gap of about 0.5~1.2mm between the valve core and the rubber sealing ring, so that the valve core and the rubber sealing ring can move in a non-contact manner, in order to prevent friction between the valve core and the rubber sealing ring and reduce wear. The pneumatic actuator of the dome valve is a 90- degree rotary swing cylinder, which drives the valve core of the dome valve to rotate through the shaft. The working process of the dome valve is: after the valve core rotates and closes, the sealing ring is inflated, the sealing ring is first exhausted, and then the valve core is rotated to open, and the sealing ring is not inflated to complete a cycle. Normal state: When the valve core is in the closed position, the adjustment screw on the rotating arm presses on the top rod of the two-position three-way motorized slide valve, the air source supplies air to the sealing ring, and the pressure gauge shows the pressure acting on the sealing ring. Open state: Before the 90 ° rotary cylinder starts to move, the air in the sealing ring is first discharged from the exhaust hole of the two-position three-way motorized slide valve through the timer, and then the valve core starts to rotate and open. During the rotation process, the valve core and the sealing ring are not in contact. Closed state: Under the instruction of closing, the cylinder starts to move in the opposite direction. When the valve core rotates to the closed state, the adjustment screw on the swing arm presses the top rod of the two-position three-way motorized slide valve, and then the air source passes through the timer and supplies air to the sealing ring from the air inlet hole of the two-position three-way motorized slide valve. The inflatable dome valve is suitable for sealing and conveying systems through loose, dry, non-sticky, and flowable solid materials, especially the ash system of power plants.
