The MOOG 631 series represents proven technology, demonstrating reliability in machines demanding high performance, stability, and precision. MOOG mechanical feedback valves are designed to provide high reliability and long service life. The 631 series flow control servo valves are suitable for throttling in three-way (and more importantly, four-way) applications. Featuring a high-performance two-stage design, they cover a rated flow range of 5 to 75 l/min (1.3 to 20 gpm) at a valve drop of 35 bar per valve face and 500 psi.
