The MOOG D633 and D634 series valves are direct-drive servo valves integrating electronic components and analog interfaces. These servo valves utilize a permanent magnet linear motor for direct drive, allowing direct movement of the valve spool without the need for a pilot oil. The products are available in nominal sizes 03 (D633) and 05 (D634) conforming to ISO 4401 standards. Developed to meet demanding customer requirements, this series of servo valves features high functional flexibility, pressure-independent dynamic response, high drive force, and low power consumption.

Performance characteristics :

Directly driven by a linear force motor: no pilot flow required.

High thrust range linear force motor (lifting operation): No flow limit

Direct-drive design: Pressure-independent dynamic performance

Low current consumption in and around the hydraulic zero position.

When power is off, the valve core remains in the center position with the spring: the actuator stops operating.
