I. Applications and Features:
Series of thin-walled gate valves, which are devices used to stop the conveying of fly ash and powdery dry materials in systems. They can be installed at the bottom of ash hoppers in economizers, air preheaters, dry dust collectors, and flues in thermal power plants, and can also be used in conjunction with feeders. The operating temperature can reach 200℃. This device is lightweight, compact, and prevents fly ash leakage.
The valve body is welded from formed channel steel, and the valve stem adopts a concealed stem type, resulting in a compact structure, light weight, and small size; it is also easy to operate. Rollers are installed below the slide plate, which operate through rolling friction. Simultaneously, a thrust bearing is installed at the end of the valve stem, resulting in low running resistance.
The seal is tight. The slide plate sealing surface uses a labyrinth-type rubber seal to ensure a tight closure of the thin-walled gate valve, preventing fly ash leakage.
