The SPS-2D pull cord switch, also known as a pull wire switch, is used for emergency or normal shutdown. It is mainly used in: conventional belt conveyors, shuttle conveyors, skirted feeder conveyors, bucket elevators, various production lines, material handling systems, cranes, excavators, ship loading and unloading systems, horizontal feeders, etc.

Working principle:

The SPS-2D pull cord switch has one end of its steel wire rope fixed to a fixed pull bolt, and the other end fixed to the switch arm. When an external force pulls the rope, the switch arm rotates to the alarm position and automatically locks until manually reset. This pull cord switch has a two-way arm, and the pull cord can be installed in either the upper or lower position.
