Ring hammer crushers are a impact rotor type crusher with ring-hammer on the rotor. The material is firstly crushed by the impact force of the high speed ring hammer rotating , then the crushed material is thrown forward to crushing plate for the second crushing.

The material is firstly crushed by the impact force of the high speed ring hammer rotating , then the crushed material is thrown forward to crushing plate for the second crushing. The ring hammer hits, collide and grind the materials into small pieces. The required size material will get out through the sieve plate, but bigger sizes material was left on the crushing chamber and crush again. Such process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size.
Ring hammer crushers are suitable for crushing all kinds of fragile materials, such as coal, coal gangue, coke, slag, shale, etc. The compression strength of material is not more than 100MPa, the moisture less than 8%.
