Overview :

The SF6 comprehensive tester (YTDL-H27) can be used to test the purity, humidity, and decomposition products of SF6 gas in equipment. It can also detect SO2, H2S, and CO components in SF6 gas. The SF6 comprehensive tester uses the TCD method for purity testing, the resistance-capacitance method for humidity testing, and the electrochemical sensor method for decomposition product testing. After SF6 gas measurement begins, the instrument automatically determines equilibrium and displays the SF6 gas purity curve, dew point and humidity values, SO2, H2S, and CO values in real time, while also tracking changes in gas humidity. This simultaneous performance of all three functions significantly conserves gas, effectively protects the environment, reduces pollution, and reduces user workload, improving efficiency. Humidity sensors are from Vaisala, Finland; purity sensors are from HNP, Germany; and decomposition product sensors are imported from Alpha, UK, specifically for SF6. Technical requirements :
( 1) Purity testing. Technical requirements: The purity measurement value is 90% to 100%, and the error does not exceed 0.05%.
(2) Humidity detection. DL/T506-2007 stipulates that the technical requirements for humidity measurement using the mirror method are as follows: When the ambient temperature is 20°C, the dew point measurement range is 0-60°C, and the measurement error does not exceed ±0.6°C.
(3) Detection of decomposition products.
1) Using the principle of electrochemical sensor, it can simultaneously detect the content of SO2, H2S and CO components of SF6 gas in the equipment.
2) The detection range for SO2 and H2S gases should not be less than 100μL/L, and the detection range for CO gas should not be less than 500μL/L.
3) The gas flow rate required for detection should not exceed 300mL/min, and the response time should not exceed 60s.
4) The detector interface can be connected to the gas valve of the equipment and can withstand the gas pressure inside the equipment.
5) It should be used within the validity period of the inspection report and must be inspected every year.
6) Based on performance indicators, detectors are divided into Class A and Class B. Class A detectors are typically used to determine whether equipment has a potential fault by detecting SF6 gas decomposition products in the equipment. Class B detectors are typically used to detect gas decomposition products after equipment failure. The main performance indicators are the instrument’s accuracy and repeatability.
