The DN2001 high-voltage electrostatic precipitator controller is a crucial control component of the high-voltage power supply for electrostatic precipitators. The microcomputer-based automatic voltage controller consists of a main control board, an integrated board, and an external interface board—the sampling signal board. The controller is mounted on the control cabinet door, while the external interface board is housed within the control cabinet.
1. Main Control Board
The main control board is a high-performance microcontroller system based on the MCS-96 series 16-bit microcontroller 80C196KB. Its main chips include:

random access memory, 62256
read-only memory, PSD311
memory, 93LC66
D/A converter, AD558TD
programmable parallel interface, and 825***.
Besides the microcontroller and external chips, the main control board also includes a 2×16 character LCD display driver circuit, function key input circuit, serial communication optical isolation driver circuit, and watchdog self-reset circuit.
2. Integrated Board
: The main circuitry of the integrated board includes a regulated power supply, zero-crossing pulse signal generation, various analog signal processing inputs and spark detection, I/O interfaces, and optically controlled thyristor triggering.
3. Sampling Signal Board:
The sampling signal board includes signal sampling and meter shunt components.
