Product Introduction
AI and MI series intelligent electric actuators are a new generation of intelligent, digital and multifunctional electric actuators developed by our company based on the introduction of A and M series products from the British ROTORK company and using ultra-large-scale integrated circuits.
Product implementation standard: Q/YXBM 470-2006 “AI, MI intelligent electric actuators and flameproof intelligent electric actuators”.
Working principle of AI and MI intelligent electric actuators:
AI and MI series intelligent electric actuators are driven by three-phase asynchronous motors, which reduce speed through worm gears and drive the hollow output shaft to output
The reducer has a manual/electric switching mechanism. When the switching handle is in the manual position, the handwheel drives the hollow output shaft to rotate through the clutch; when it is operated electrically, the switching mechanism will automatically fall back to the electric position, the clutch and the worm gear will engage, and the three-phase motor will drive the hollow output shaft to rotate.
The rotation of the output shaft of the actuator is transmitted to the Hall effect pulse sensor through the speed increasing mechanism, and the axial force generated by the motor worm
The displacement is transmitted to the mechanical torque control mechanism (switch mechanism) to achieve valve position and torque control.

The output shaft of the structure is positioned at a position corresponding to the input signal; it can also be positioned at a position preset by the control system according to interlocking control, two-line control or emergency ESD event signal.
