Overview :

1. By increasing the frequency of electric field sparks, a large number of ions are released into the electric field, forcing the dust to increase in charge, and effectively overcoming the occurrence of the back corona phenomenon, so that its operating voltage is always maintained at the limit close to the breakdown voltage, thereby ensuring that a high electric field strength can be maintained under any working conditions, and improving the effective corona power and dust removal efficiency of the electric field.

2. It has the best dielectric strength recovery curve tracking method (two-fold segmented tracking method and step tracking method) for the computer to use according to different flashover and control operation modes.

3. Perfect current limit control and steady current characteristics
In actual operation, the breakdown voltage of the electrostatic precipitator is limited by the inter-pole spacing and dust characteristics. Users first hope to obtain the highest operating voltage, and then pursue the best corona current. The impedance of the dust collector varies with different working conditions, different inter-pole spacing, and different service life. Therefore, it is required that the current of the self-controlled high-voltage rectifier equipment should not exceed the capacity when automatically searching for the highest operating voltage, and the same is true when the load is short-circuited, which means that it should have a current limit control characteristic. When the equipment is running at a preset current, if the impedance of the dust collector changes, only the voltage is allowed to change accordingly, and the current should not deviate from the set value, so as to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

The output voltage and current parameters are steplessly adjustable within the range of 0-range.

When the system is powered on, the self-test program is executed to self-test the main chips. If the program is abnormally operated or terminated due to strong interference during operation, it can automatically restart and restore the normal operation of the system. The system anti-interference design uses the internationally advanced technology to ensure the high-quality operation of the equipment.
