Overview:

The 60-200/60-22 operation monitor is mainly used to monitor the rotational speed of rotating equipment. It can detect not only under speed but also overspeed and zero speed. It consists of four parts: controller, sensor, target disk, and mounting bracket.

The controller is a microprocessor-based intelligent monitor that receives and processes signals from sensors, outputting switching signals (two DPDT outputs and contacts) or 4–20mA analog signals. The sensors are typically standard NPN or other types of proximity sensors, emitting a series of pulses representing speed.

Equipment Description:

Non-contact speed monitoring system 

The non-contact speed monitoring system uses a speed monitor in conjunction with a proximity sensor to monitor the rotational speed of operating equipment. Single-channel or dual-channel monitors can be selected according to user needs. The proximity sensor is equipped with LEDs to indicate pulse output, facilitating system installation and maintenance. High-speed sensors (20-5000 RPM) or low-speed sensors (1-60 RPM) can be selected. All systems include a 20-inch cable and sensor mounting bracket. The low-speed system includes a 30-hole target disc and mounting bracket.

Shaft-driven speed monitoring system

A shaft-driven speed monitoring system uses a speed monitor in conjunction with a shaft-driven sensor to monitor the speed of operating equipment. The system can use a single-channel or dual-channel operating monitor, a high-speed sensor (15-2000 RPM) or a low-speed sensor (0.25-70 RPM). The low-speed sensor can also operate under very low shaft speed conditions (less than 1 RPM).
