I. Uses and Features

The DYB type plate electric heater can be widely used for heat preservation heating of ash hopper walls in electrostatic precipitators, heat preservation heating of dewatering silo doors, heat preservation heating of limestone powder silos, heat preservation heating of air conveying chutes and buried scraper conveyors, etc., and is a relatively ideal heating equipment. It passed the appraisal of the former Ministry of Energy in 1992.

DYB type plate electric heaters are made of high-quality nickel-chromium wire, mica plate, stainless steel plate or galvanized plate and other materials through precision processing. Its advantages are high mechanical strength, good insulation, uniform heating and high thermal efficiency.

The DYB-A type plate electric heater uses a textured heating element, which has the advantages of unique and novel structure and long service life. This model has obtained a national patent, patent number ZL93223773.8.

The SWB type control cabinet features automatic temperature control and overload and overcurrent protection. The digital display temperature controller indicates the operating status of each group of electric heaters and allows for independent temperature setting and control of each corresponding group. The control cabinet units are highly interchangeable.
