The CN-LMJHB205-1 NOx Exhaust Gas Analyzer is an environmentally friendly product specifically designed for real-time online monitoring of NOx concentrations in exhaust gases from gas-fired boilers and low-NOx burners. It can be configured to simultaneously monitor and analyze multiple parameters, including oxygen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide, based on the customer’s site environment. Design and Configuration Description :
1. Configuration Principles: Key components in this analyzer (such as the electric ball valve, vacuum pump, peristaltic pump, filter, sensor, PLC, etc.) are original equipment. Other key, major, and general components that guarantee long-term operation are manufactured by domestic joint ventures and our own factory, minimizing ongoing maintenance costs.
2. The main technical features of this analyzer are as follows: Except for the sampler and dedicated filter assembly, the sample gas pretreatment unit, power supply unit, and analysis and calibration unit are all housed in the analyzer cabinet and fully commissioned before shipment. On-site installation of the probe, auxiliary sampling lines, external power supply, and analyzer cabinet are all required. The supplier’s technical staff will provide on-site guidance for installation and commissioning.
3. The analysis cabinet is made according to the standard and has a large observation window for easy maintenance by the operator.
4. The system is a fully dry process and will not affect the analysis components. The sampler, sampling tube, various pipe joints (parts in contact with the sample gas), and vacuum pump are all designed to be corrosion-resistant.
