Jiangyin Zhonghe | DC-UT-81A UT-81B UT-81C Steam Turbine Fuel Tank Oil Level Sensor

DC-UT-81A UT-81B UT-81C turbine oil tank level sensor is a liquid level sensor designed for turbine oil tanks. It uses the buoyancy generated by the float to directly push the sensor’s armature up and down. Through the conversion of the transmitter, the liquid level change is converted into a change in electricity, thereby achieving the purpose of remote transmission of liquid level changes. The liquid level sensor is directly installed on the oil tank. There is a red pointer and a white-bottomed black-line scale indicator on the sensor cylinder, which can clearly and reliably indicate the change of the liquid level on the spot. At the high and low limit range positions, a micro switch is preset for the user to connect the limit liquid level alarm circuit.

DC-UT-81A UT-81B UT-81C steam turbine tank oil level sensor is divided into three types: A, B, and C:

UT-81A type: direct immersion pipe-connected liquid level indicator, the upper field indication part is installed on the operating layer, the lower float part is installed on the oil tank cover, and the middle is connected with an extension rod.

UT-81B type: pipe-connected liquid level indicator, installed outside the oil tank, with a pipe at the bottom of the indicator connected to the oil tank.

UT-81C type: direct immersion level indicator, directly installed on the tank cover using the upper flange of the indicator.

DC-UT-81A UT-81B UT-81C steam turbine oil tank oil level sensor technical indicators:

1.  Measuring range: ± 100mm  ± 200mm  ± 300mm  ± 400mm (the measuring range is determined by the user)

2.  Reference weight:

Type A : ± 200mm  , about 36kg

Type B : ± 200mm  , approx. 40kg

Type C : ± 200mm  , approx. 50kg

3.  Measured liquid: various turbine oils; when used for level measurement of other non-viscous and non-strongly corrosive liquids, the counterweight can be adjusted to adapt.

4.  Accuracy: ≤± 3mm (full scale)

5.  Measured liquid temperature: < 85 ℃
