System Overview:
QBJ-3800C or 3800C/D monitoring and protection device is a device that collects shaft vibration, bearing vibration, axial displacement, expansion difference, oil motor, thermal expansion, oil tank level, speed, temperature, current, voltage and other parameters.
This comprehensive monitoring and protection device features freely selectable monitoring channels, real-time monitoring of various online measurement parameters, and historical records of alarms, danger signals, and other related information. Range, alarm, and danger settings can be modified directly on the keypad using a password, or via a laptop. Communication with the host computer is via RS485, with a 4-20mA current output for remote transmission. It is compatible with a variety of in-house sensors and is also interchangeable with imported sensors. This product offers robust functionality, stable performance, an affordable price, and an exceptionally long service life, making it an excellent choice for the safety protection of small and medium-sized steam turbines. The 3800C/D (with a microprinter) allows for automatic or manual printing of records.
