The HY8900 fully automatic vibration calibrator intelligently plots, stores, and prints linear and amplitude-frequency characteristic curves for a variety of vibration velocity and acceleration sensors. It records and calculates the characteristic data of the calibrated sensor’s linear curve and uses the least squares method to calculate the sensor’s sensitivity, sensitivity error, and nonlinear error. It displays and stores the peak-to-peak value and RMS voltage of the calibrated sensor’s dynamic vibration waveform. It also displays and stores the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the calibrated sensor. It also displays and stores the peak-to-peak value and RMS value of the vibration velocity and acceleration measured by the sensor at a specific location and frequency, which serve as a reference for calibrating the velocity and acceleration sensor vibration system (sensor + vibration velocity and acceleration monitor). The calibrator’s operating frequency (5Hz to 500Hz) can be set at a specific vibration velocity and acceleration amplitude.

The HY8901 fully automatic vibration calibrator features a large 7.5-inch TFT touchscreen with a resolution of up to 640×480. It also includes a built-in high-speed data acquisition and communication board, utilizing a 500ksps, 16-bit AD for high-speed, high-precision data acquisition. The system utilizes an ARM9-based embedded system for real-time absolute vibration data processing and calibration system control. Data can be uploaded to a PC (laptop) via an RJ45 network cable, and offline printing of sensor linearity data, amplitude-frequency data, linearity curves, and amplitude-frequency curves is possible.

The HY8900 fully automatic vibration calibrator is suitable for calibrating velocity sensors such as the Bentley BN9200/74712/330500/190501, eproPR9266/9268, German Schenck VS-069/169, VS-068/168, Xinchuan CV-851/861, and Zhuoyue VS series; as well as acceleration, velocity, and eddy current sensors such as the BN330400 and Entek9200.

The HY8900 fully automatic vibration calibrator can calibrate sensors in both vertical and horizontal positions (the calibrator can be positioned horizontally or vertically for calibration).

The HY8900 fully automatic vibration calibrator not only features a built-in 32MB non-volatile memory for storing calibration data files, but also supports USB flash drive storage for standard calibration data. Hot-swappable USB flash drives greatly facilitate the flexible use of calibration results.
