Electric Pneumatic Positioner
The Fisher 3582i is a field-proven positioner that provides accurate, fast response and can withstand the vibrations of most factory environments. Its low steady-state air consumption contributes to improved efficiency.
Features:
- Adjustable zero point and range allow the use of all standard input signals (including split ranges).
- One unit in the positioner series can be used in a wide variety of control applications, which not only simplifies the basic spare parts requirements, but also reduces the spare parts needed for plant-wide positioner applications.
- Once the cover is removed, the zero position and range can be easily adjusted using a screwdriver and wrench.
- The impact of changes in air source pressure and valve loading on positioner operation is minimized.
- The materials used for the housing, components, and gaskets can withstand harsh operating conditions. Air venting from the positioner cleans internal components, providing additional protection.
- It is easy to adjust and can switch between positive and negative action modes.
- To support diagnostic testing of valve/actuator/positioner packages via the FlowScanner™ Valve Diagnostics System, connections, piping, and other components can be installed between the positioner and actuator.
