I. Applications and Features:
The pneumatic discharge valve is a new type of valve developed and manufactured by our company based on the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technologies.
It is specifically designed for pneumatic ash removal systems, featuring reliable opening and closing, good sealing performance, low resistance, and convenient installation and maintenance.
The valve core is semi-cylindrical, with low rotational resistance. The valve core smoothly transitions to the pipeline without curvature changes, thereby reducing wear on the valve core and valve body from the medium and extending its service life.
The structure is simple; the valve core is directly driven by a cylinder to open and close the valve, making maintenance convenient.
The pneumatic actuator adopts a fully enclosed rotary push rod type straight cylinder drive, with rotary output, reliable performance, and high output torque, meeting the requirements for operation under harsh conditions.
