Anti-Blocking Sampler
1. Overview
The key problem in measuring the wind pressure or differential pressure of dusty gas is that the sampling device is blocked by dust, which makes the instrument unable to operate continuously and normally . This is very detrimental to production safety and measurement accuracy. In order to get through the sampling device, it must be purged with compressed air or poked manually, which is undoubtedly a dirty and tiring job, and it increases a lot of maintenance workload. This device is developed under the strong demand to solve this headache problem through scientific analysis, reference and absorption of advanced and mature foreign experience, careful design and strict control of manufacturing quality.
The PFD type anti-blocking wind pressure sampler has been proven by the long-term use experience of many domestic power plants. It can be used in the measurement of wind pressure and differential pressure of pulverizing and conveying (coal powder) systems and furnaces to achieve the effect of once and for all and never blocking. Of course, it can also be used in the measurement of wind pressure or differential pressure of cement, flour, metal powder and other gases containing solid particles.

2. Working Principle
According to the principle of gas convection and the specific gravity of the substance, our factory has developed the most ideal PFD type anti-blocking wind pressure sampler in China. The dust-containing gas is measured through the lower end of the sampling tube, through three layers of anti-blocking mechanisms with special requirements, and then falls back layer by layer to separate the solid dust. The specific gravity of the dust is greater than that of the gas. The dust falls to the conical end of the sampling tube until it reaches the sampling container. The purified gas obtained can be correctly measured by the YZD type multi-channel wind pressure measurement device, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-blocking wind pressure sampling (see the schematic diagram of its working principle in Figure 10).
3. Characteristics of anti-blocking wind pressure sampler
Compared with conventional samplers, it has the following advantages:
1) Simple structure and beautiful appearance;
2) No gas source is required, and there is no problem of complex system and large installation workload;
3) No energy consumption and maintenance required;
4) No additional measurement error;
5) The three-layer anti-blocking mechanism is made of carbon steel and stainless steel. The stainless steel structure can greatly improve the service life of the product.
4. Installation requirements
1) The anti-blocking wind pressure sampler must be installed vertically.
2) When it is difficult to install it vertically directly on the process pipeline or equipment, please extend the sampling tube. The extension tube should be a 3/2″ water-gas steel pipe. The angle between the extension tube and the horizontal plane should be greater than or equal to 60°. The sampling tube itself must still be installed vertically.
3) If conditions permit, use a 3/4″ water-gas steel pipe to vertically extend the original outlet pipe by 300m and then use a Φ14×2 seamless steel pipe to lead it to the instrument.
