The DZB-30 VER:2.0 ash hopper heater temperature feedback board, an electric heating element , is constructed by inserting a metal resistance wire into a metal tube. The interstices are densely packed with crystalline magnesium oxide, a material with excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties.
The DZB-30 VER:2.0 ash hopper heater can be bent into any desired shape and can be installed in air ducts to heat air, immersed in water or other liquids to heat water or other liquids, or placed directly in solid metal to heat metal.
