Overview:
The integral control electric actuator (LK) is based on the 2SA30 and 2SQ30 switch type electric actuators, with an additional electrical control part, namely the LK-1 power control part, which integrates mechanical transmission and electrical control. It has functions such as on-site operation and remote operation control, and is extremely convenient for on-site debugging. It is suitable for switching operation and control of various valves in open-loop control systems.
The electrical part consists of a membrane keypad panel, a function board, a power supply and a plug-in board, and an AC contactor. The electrical control part is connected to the electric actuator through plug-ins and fastening bolts, which can be easily disassembled or replaced, and can also achieve split control.

How to use:
LK can be operated in “remote” or “local” state. When the power is turned on each time, it is in “remote” state, and the “local” operation button does not work. If “local” operation is required, the lower cover of the panel needs to be opened, and the “local” button is pressed to switch the “remote” state to the “local” state. At this time, the remote operation does not work, and the operation can only be performed on the local operation panel. After the local operation is completed, the “remote” button should be pressed to switch to the “remote” operation state, and the panel should be covered to prevent misoperation.
Adjustment method:
When adjusting the valve position signal, please note that the valve position signal of LK generally uses a potentiometer (POT) as the signal sensor element. In the actual debugging process, due to the different travel range settings of the signal gear assembly, the potentiometer (POT) has two states of rotation direction: clockwise for closing or counterclockwise for closing. During the valve adjustment process, manually or electrically operate the actuator to the “fully closed” position and observe the rotation direction of the potentiometer POT. At this time, if the potentiometer has not reached the terminal position, the potentiometer can be rotated to the terminal position in the rotation direction observed above. If the current value displayed by the opening ammeter is not at zero at this time, and the current decreases when the potentiometer rotates in the opening direction, the two end wires A5 and C5 of the potentiometer need to be swapped at the two-core terminals (the terminals are in the control chamber of the electric actuator body). When the valve is in the “fully closed” position, when the potentiometer (POT) rotates clockwise or counterclockwise to the terminal position, the opening ammeter indication should be 4mA. At this time, the opening ammeter shows that the valve is in the “fully closed” position. Manually adjust the valve to the “full open” position, the potentiometer (POT) rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, the rotation angle should be less than 340° and as large as 180°. When the valve is in the “full open” position, the current value of the opening meter should indicate 20mA or full scale. If the above requirements cannot be met, the adjustment potentiometer W2 and the zero adjustment potentiometer W0 inside the power control part can be repeatedly adjusted at the switch position to make the opening indication 20mA or 100% full scale when the valve is in the “full closed” position. When the valve is manually adjusted to the “full closed” position again, the opening meter indication should drop steadily from 20mA (or full scale) to 4mA (or zero position).
Note:
When adjusting the electric actuator, first check the phase sequence of the motor. When operating the closing button, the output shaft of the actuator should rotate clockwise. If it does not match, the phase sequence can be changed at the power output end. After operating the “close” or “open” buttons on the local operation panel and the remote operation buttons, the “stop” button must be operated before the reverse operation can be performed. When operating in the closing direction, operating the open button can neither stop the operation nor change to the opening direction; the same is true when operating in the opening direction. The power supply for valve position indication is provided by LK itself, and LK can output 4~20mA (external load ≤750Ω). If electric operation is required, the H19 and H20 of the terminals cannot be short-circuited. After short-circuiting, it is in the self-holding working state.
