F-DZW intelligent non-invasive electric actuator is a new generation of intelligent, digital, full-Chinese menu display, remote control electric actuator developed based on the technology of imported intelligent electric actuators and using the most advanced ultra-large-scale digital integrated circuits.
Non-invasive design: magnetic induction control knob, no through-shaft passing through the control box; non-contact debugging: infrared remote control is used to set the working state of the electric device, truly free from opening the cover for debugging; double seal structure: when the junction box is opened during the installation and debugging stage, the inside of the electric device is still well sealed and protected.
The waterproof design enables the electric device to work normally within 48 hours of flooding; torque protection: the protection torque can be set arbitrarily within the range of 40%~120% of the rated torque, and the set protection values in the opening direction and the closing direction can be different to protect the valve and the electric device itself;
Valve position limit protection: When this function is allowed, the electric device will automatically stop running when it reaches the set valve position limit;
Power phase loss protection: Real-time detection of power phase loss in dynamic conditions during operation to prevent the motor from running with phase loss;
Electronic latch protection: within 5 seconds after the start signal is issued, the torque protection function is automatically disabled to obtain the maximum output torque to open the stuck valve. If the valve still cannot be moved within this period, the motor power supply will be automatically cut off and an alarm will be sounded to protect the motor of the electric device;
Motor overheat protection: There are two thermal relays in the motor coil, which automatically cut off the motor power supply when the motor overheats;
Electrical protection: Both input and output channels are photoelectrically isolated;
Valve position and torque detection: Use Hall effect magnetic pulse signal to detect valve position and use the current magnetic flux of the motor to continuously measure torque. Completely eliminate mechanical wear and tear, stable and reliable;
Automatic phase sequence adjustment: Automatically detect the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply, and automatically adjust the phase sequence through logical operation, without the user having to consider the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply.
