Overview:

The XC-SG and XC-SBK series three-phase dry-type transformers are among the earliest electrical products launched by our factory. Utilizing imported materials and rigorous design, they boast excellent performance, reliable operation, adaptability, and the ability to operate continuously.

The XC-SG series is available in enclosed type; the XC-SBK series is enclosed type, both designed for vertical installation. They overcome the limitation of single-voltage power transformers, meeting the voltage requirements of various electrical appliances, or providing DC power after AC rectification. They can operate continuously within their rated capacity and are widely used in machine tools and various industrial and agricultural machinery for general electrical control power, local lighting, and indicator light power.

This series of transformers is specifically designed for use with enterprise equipment power supplies, resolving the incompatibility issues caused by voltage differences between domestic and international markets (e.g., three-phase input 1200V, 1140V, 690V, 660V, 440V, 420V, 400V, 380V, 360V; three-phase output 480V, 460V, 440V, 415V, 400V, 240V, 230V, 220V, 210V, 208V, 200V, 190V, 182V, 173V, 120V, 110V, 100V, etc., or designed according to customer requirements). Its product features include stable operation, excellent performance, fire resistance, moisture resistance, safety and reliability, energy saving, and convenient maintenance.

This series of isolation transformers is widely used in power transmission and distribution for import and export equipment, subways, high-rise buildings, airports, railway stations, printing, machine tools, docks, industrial and mining enterprises, tunnels, and imported equipment.

This transformer is specifically designed for locations requiring voltage conversion due to local voltage variations, and is tailor-made for electrical machinery and equipment.

Usage Conditions:

1. Altitude not exceeding 2000m.
2. Ambient temperature -25~+45℃.
3. Relative humidity: The average maximum relative humidity in the most humid month is         90%.
4. Power supply voltage waveform approximates a sine wave.
5. Symmetry of multiphase power supply voltage: The power supply voltage connected to           the multiphase transformer should be approximately symmetrical.

6. Places free from severe vibration and impact.

7. In a medium without explosion hazard, and where there are no gases or conductive dust that could corrode metals or damage insulation.

8. Places protected from rain and snow

Installation and Usage Instructions:

1. Open the packaging box, remove the instruction manual and other spare parts, and carefully read the “Instruction Manual” for proper use.
2. Securely fix the transformer in a suitable location, ensuring it is protected from vibration and corrosion.
3. Before use, the circuit must be tested to ensure the mains voltage is within the rated input voltage range. A deviation of ±5% is permissible. If the deviation significantly exceeds this range… A voltage regulator should be added at the front end to ensure reliable transformer operation.
4. Select appropriate cross-section wires and connect them according to the markings. After checking that everything is correct, power can be applied and the transformer will operate normally.

    The grounding wire cross-section should not be less than 1.5mm².

Important Notes:
1. Before purchasing, estimate the total capacity of the appliances you will be using and use a transformer with sufficient margin.
2. When using a multi-plug voltage transformer, the highest voltage can handle the largest rated capacity; the capacity of the other plug voltages should be adjusted accordingly.

 The proportion of high voltage is reduced accordingly; and when two or more voltages are used simultaneously, the total load current must not exceed the transformer secondary current.
3. Before installation, carefully check whether the data on the nameplate and accessory manual meet your requirements. Only after confirming that everything is correct can you proceed with installation.

 4. After power-on, the transformer core and coils will heat up (but the temperature rise will not exceed 80℃), which is normal. If the temperature rise is too high, it may even cause a fire. If smoke is detected, the power switch should be turned off, and the capacity of the electrical appliances you are using should be checked and adjusted accordingly.
5. During transportation, collisions should be avoided as much as possible, and moisture should be prevented. During use, please pay attention to maintenance to ensure the service life of the transformer.
6. All connection nuts should be tightened to prevent sparking at the joints, which could overheat and burn out the connection devices.
7. To ensure the safety of the transformer, protective devices (such as fuses and thermal trip devices) should be installed to reliably provide protection (overload protection devices).

 The interrupting capacity of the device is generally taken as 1.1 times the rated capacity.
