Gas Relay Power Transformer Protection Device
The QJM (F/S)-40 fully sealed transformer gas relay is a special integrated protection relay for fully sealed transformers. It provides comprehensive protection for transformers, including heavy gas protection (pressure overload protection), gas protection, oil level display, oil injection, oil replenishment, and pressure release functions. It greatly facilitates power supply departments in monitoring the operation of fully sealed transformers and diagnosing transformer faults, and is suitable for fully sealed transformers and box-type substations.
Model Description:
Example: QJM(F/S)-40/30-20-35 indicates a gas relay for fully sealed use, with a pressure relay alarm value of 30 kPa and two sets of alarm contacts, a light gas alarm oil level of 20 mm below the oil tank cover, a pressure relief valve opening pressure of 35 kPa, and a pipe diameter of 40 mm.
Note: The light gas alarm oil level can also be selected according to customer requirements.
Conditions of Use:
3.1 Ambient temperature: -30℃～50℃, allowable operating temperature: -40℃～100℃；
3.2 Installation location: On the transformer box cover；
