The “M” and “A” series electric actuators are available in a full range of specifications and adopt a modular structure. Based on the multi-turn type, they can be derived into linear and angular stroke electric actuators with different performances, and can provide users with fast and dual-speed electric actuators.
The “M” series electric actuators are suitable for occasions of continuous and frequent adjustment, and their adjustment frequency can reach 1200 times per hour. The “A” series electric actuators are suitable for occasions of intermittent adjustment and can be used as valve adjustment devices.
Their starting frequency is generally 60 times per hour, and no more than 600 times per hour at most. The continuous working time within one hour cannot exceed 15 minutes. The “M” and “A” series electric actuators are the execution units in the automatic adjustment control system. They are powered by power supply and can accept unified analog or digital standard signals. They are widely used in industrial sectors such as power stations, chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, light industry, building materials, and water treatment.

Functional module Proportional controller The proportional controller has the function of a general electric actuator servo amplifier, which is equivalent to a positioning controller. It is connected to the actuator and can convert the input continuous current and voltage signals into corresponding position outputs. The proportional controller has the function of preventing oscillation during the actuator adjustment process, signal failure protection and dynamic braking functions. Travel and torque auxiliary switch device: The device includes a potentiometer for continuous remote indication and 6 only for the end position of the stroke, the intermediate limit switch and the torque limit switch, as well as an on-site mechanical position indicator.
