381 (361) series linear (381L) and angular (381R) actuators use AC220 single-phase AC power as power source, and accept DC4~20mA standard signals from DCS, PLC systems and other operators to control the actuator to switch valves or automatically adjust. The electronic control module uses the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit, contains complete protection functions, can be controlled on-site or remotely, is designed in the form of a box, and is sealed with resin casting. The drive feedback uses a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer with high precision and long life. It can be combined with various angular stroke adjustment mechanisms to form a high-performance and high-reliability electric control valve. Therefore, it is widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemicals, papermaking, light industry and environmental protection.
Main features of the actuator:
1. The actuator is designed with a servo system (no need to equip a servo amplifier separately), and can work by connecting a DC4~20mA (or DC1~5V) signal and an AC220V single-phase power supply. It has built-in wiring terminals, and the wiring is extremely simple and convenient.
2. The key component of the actuator, the controller, adopts the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit, which is sealed and cast with resin. It has a box-shaped appearance, small size and high reliability.
3. The feedback detection of the driving quantity adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer with a resolution of <0.4%.
4. It has a self-diagnosis function. When a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send an indication signal.
5. The state selection switch can be used to set the signal when it is off (the valve core is in full open, full closed or self-locking state).
