In the event of a power outage, the WBKQ01C plant power quick switching device can ensure that the system automatically switches from the main bus to the backup bus in a short period of time, thereby avoiding significant losses caused by interruptions in the production process.

Product Features :
- Realize bidirectional switching between working power supply and backup power supply under various situations (normal situation, accident situation)
- Four switching conditions: fast switching, synchronous switching, residual pressure switching, and long delay switching
- The new fast switching principle based on current is applied, which has a higher success rate of fast switching
- Three switching modes are available: series, parallel and simultaneous
- Single operation function, with synchronous or non-pressurized power switch function
- The device is equipped with a special simulated circuit breaker plug-in. The logic test of the device does not require access to the on-site switch contacts, which facilitates on-site debugging, saves debugging time, and saves engineering costs.

- Adopting ARM9 series 32-bit CPU produced by ATMEL, with main frequency up to 400MHz, fast operation speed, stable and reliable performance. High-performance 16-bit A/D converter, high precision and fast conversion speed;
- Advanced bus voltage automatic frequency tracking technology ensures the effectiveness and accuracy of measuring amplitude, frequency and phase;
- Unique software phase measurement technology solves the problem of slow hardware phase measurement speed;
- Real-time calculation of the speed and acceleration of the phase angle difference between the bus voltage and the target power supply ensures accurate and reliable synchronous closing points. Synchronous closing can still be achieved when the slip is as high as 30Hz/S.
- Equipped with a USB interface, the device program can be directly upgraded via a USB flash drive; action information and fault recording data can also be directly stored in a USB flash drive, facilitating fault analysis and greatly facilitating on-site debugging and maintenance, saving time and costs;
- The communication system uses an ARM9 series 32-bit CPU based on the Linux multi-tasking operating system, which has stable performance and high efficiency; dual Ethernet and one RS485 support IEC61850, IEC60870-5-103, Modbus, ModbusTCP and other communication protocols;
- Adopting full graphical programming technology and a stable and reliable protection relay library to improve the reliability and correctness of the program;
- Large-screen Chinese graphical interface; novel keyboard wizard design, no need to refer to the manual, all keyboard operations have a display wizard, very convenient to use;

- The switch quantity adopts 220V or 110V voltage input, which improves the anti-interference ability.
