Utilize a single two-core cable to transmit all input and output data, parameters, diagnostic data, and device status information for field devices. The BCM-K/PI bus control module integrates a Profibus-DP slave protocol interface. A PLC with a Profibus-DP master protocol interface can control field device outputs and access device status and diagnostic information via the Profibus-DP network.
