1. Basic Introduction
SF303/SF304/B49H/UNS quartz tube water level gauge is mainly used for liquid level display on various pressure vessels and industrial steam boilers. Due to the use of the latest enhanced glass tube, it is safer, more reliable, has a clearer display, and is more convenient to maintain and repair than the original X49H boiler flat water level gauge. Its appearance is much smaller than the original in terms of volume and weight, and the overall instrument feels small and novel. It is designed with a unique two-color display structure and a safety device to prevent the quartz tube from breaking and leaking. It is the latest liquid level matching instrument designed by our company for the boiler industry in the 21st century.

2. Structural Principle
The upper and lower ends of the quartz tube water level gauge are equipped with flanges connected to the flanges of the boiler or container. The actual height of the liquid and gas in the container can be directly observed through the water level gauge.

3. Instructions for use
1. When using the water level meter, you should first slowly open the valve to let in liquid, and then preheat the glass tube for 20 to 30 minutes. After reaching a certain temperature, you can open the valves at both ends to let in water or other media.
2. During use, it is required to drain the sewage frequently to avoid corrosion blocking the channel and the occurrence of false water level.
3. When the quartz tube is damaged by accident, close the upper and lower valves with the help of the upper and lower handles of the instrument to prevent the medium in the container from continuing to flow out. At this time, the damaged parts can be replaced.
