FX series hydrocyclones are widely applied in grinding classification, concentration, dewatering, desliming, ultrafine classification and tailings filling, damming, recovery and other processes in mineral processing, coal washing, sand washing and etc.
Product general introduction:
Adopting a patented multi-cone structure, this system is primarily used for the fine sand recovery from wastewater in aggregate production lines and sand washing wastewater, as well as for the desilting of low-mud and stone powder conditions. It features small grading particle size, high fine sand recovery rate, and strong concentration performance. The recovered fine sand is mainly used to supplement the fine particle composition of product sand, enhancing overall gradation performance.
Utilizing a patented large cone angle structure, it is mainly applied in mining tailings sand selection and conditions with high mud and stone powder content for desilting. It is characterized by high grading efficiency and minimal fines in the underflow, addressing the issue of high mud (powder) content in the recovered fine sand from materials with high mud (powder) content.
