Fujian Hongchang | T515-3 Porcelain Insulator for Electrostatic Precipitator

Post porcelain insulators are used to support the suspension corona electrode frame and high-voltage insulation.

The post porcelain insulator is assembled from porcelain components and metal fittings at both ends using a high-temperature resistant adhesive. The assembled porcelain components have a knurled structure, and a high-temperature resistant elastic pad is placed between the porcelain end face and the metal fittings, coated with a buffer layer to prevent loosening and ensure mechanical strength.
The porcelain surface is glazed white, and the metal fittings are coated with anti-rust paint.
The quality of the porcelain components conforms to the People’s Republic of China National Standard GB/T772-2005 “Technical Conditions for High-Voltage Insulator Porcelain Components” and the People’s Republic of China Machinery Industry Standard JB/T6746.(1~4)-1993 “Porcelain Insulators for Electrostatic Precipitators,” as well as the provisions of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) series standards.
Porcelain components of grade 50 are used in environments <25°C with a working voltage of 72KV and a destructive load resistance of not less than 300kN.
