The performance and ease of use of the Fisher FIELDVUE DVC2000 instrument bring your operation closer to the setpoint, resulting in improved product quality through more precise control. Use FIELDVUE performance diagnostics to monitor valve operation online and assess performance and reliability.
Features:
- The linkageless feedback system is easy to install. As a very basic function, the DVC2000 intelligent valve positioner features a local user interface for configuring, calibrating, and adjusting the instrument.
- Years of experience in the control industry have brought the reliability of this product line to a new level.
- The two-stage positioner design provides an excellent mechanical platform, enabling valves to respond to minute input changes and achieve more stringent process control.
- Using ValveLink™ software, tests can be performed to identify problems throughout the entire control valve assembly. This helps to accurately pinpoint issues and prevent equipment failure without interrupting the process.
- An I/O option package is provided, which includes two integrated limit switches and a valve stem position transmitter.
- Offered in a compact size with an LCD display.
- One-piece mounting is suitable for Fisher GX, 657 and 667 size i actuators.
