ZS integrated electronic electric actuator (abbreviated as ZS actuator, ZS actuator) is a product produced with the introduction of German technology. ZS electric actuator is an execution unit instrument in industrial process control system. It receives standard DC current signal, uses single-phase AC power as power, drives the motor, drives the output shaft to output angular displacement, and operates damper and other adjustment mechanisms. It is widely used in process control systems in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry and textile.

ZS electric actuator completely replaces the currently used DKZ/ZKZ type and various imported actuator products. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, full functions and easy use .
●Integrated design: integrates on-site manual operation, valve position digital indication and servo amplifier, facilitating on-site installation and debugging and simplifying system design
●Miniaturized mechanism: Based on the original DKZ/ZKZ, the design is optimized, the volume is small, and the weight is reduced by 30%
● High-efficiency, self-locking floating star transmission structure is used, which has high efficiency and low wear, greatly improving service life and reliability
● Small rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor is used, which has low power consumption, stable and reliable operation
●Adopt new differential coil displacement detection, long service life, high precision, no false zero point
●Fully sealed structure design according to IP65 protection level requirements
●With mechanical, electrical and electronic multiple limit protection
●Using molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease, no oil injection required
