Product Overview :
ZH series electronic integrated angle electric actuator (ZH actuator, ZH actuator) is a product produced with the introduction of German technology. ZH electric actuator is an execution unit instrument in industrial process control system. It receives standard DC current signal, uses single-phase AC power as power, drives the motor, drives the output shaft to output the angle displacement, and operates the damper, baffle and other adjustment mechanisms. It is widely used in process control systems in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry and textile.
■ Features
ZH electric actuator (ZH electric actuator) completely replaces the currently used DKJ/ZKJ type and various imported actuator products. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, full functions and easy use .
● The integrated design integrates on-site manual operation, valve position digital indication and servo amplifier, which facilitates on-site installation and debugging and simplifies system design
● The miniaturized mechanism is optimized based on the original DKJ/ZKJ design, with small size and 30% lighter weight
● High-efficiency, self-locking mechanical transmission mechanism is used, which eliminates the traditional friction braking method and greatly improves the service life and reliability
● Multi-channel switch signal output, widely applicable to control requirements of systems such as DCS
● Fully sealed structure design according to IP65 protection level requirements
● With mechanical, electrical and electronic multiple limit protection
● Using molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease, no oil injection required
