M8600 series intelligent frequency conversion electric actuator: This product is an intelligent frequency conversion electric actuator developed by Chongqing Sichuan Instrument Company in cooperation with internationally renowned companies. This product is based on the dsPIC digital signal controller (DSC) of the new generation of 16-bit high-performance single-chip microcomputer with embedded DSP engine of Microchip Technology Inc. of the United States. It adopts contemporary advanced frequency conversion control technology to achieve ideal flexible starting and flexible positioning control, and reduce mechanical shock. It also has a series of self-diagnosis and self-protection functions such as over-torque and overheating, and has excellent protection effects on terminal adjustment mechanisms such as valves. With frequency conversion control, the speed and output force (torque) during positioning can be flexibly adjusted, achieving high-precision positioning without overshoot. The starting current is close to the rated current of the motor, which is one-fourth to one-eighth of the starting current of conventional switch control, reducing the impact on the machine drive device and motor, and has high reliability. It is used in industries with high control requirements such as electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, urban water supply, sewage treatment, etc.

▲ Frequency conversion control: speed and torque can be adjusted in both directions, variable speed positioning can be executed with high precision and without overshoot, making the use of the valve, Lifespan is greatly improved.
▲ Fieldbus: Optional HART , Profibus and other fieldbus communication functions can realize remote and local configuration and control.
▲ Power supply: 380V.AC and 220V.AC , namely three-phase electric actuator (three-phase electric head) and single-phase electric actuator (single-phase electric head)
