M8500 series intelligent variable frequency electric actuator: This product is an intelligent variable frequency electric actuator developed by Chongqing Chuanyi Company in cooperation with internationally renowned companies. This product is based on the dsPIC digital signal controller (DSC), a new generation of 16-bit high-performance single-chip microcomputer with embedded DSP engine from Microchip Technology Inc. of the United States. It adopts contemporary advanced variable frequency control technology to achieve ideal flexible starting and flexible positioning control, and reduce mechanical shock. It also has a series of self-diagnosis and self-protection functions such as over-torque and overheating, and has excellent protection effects on terminal adjustment mechanisms such as valves. With variable frequency control, the speed and output force (torque) during positioning can be flexibly adjusted, achieving high-precision positioning without overshoot. The starting current is close to the rated current of the motor, which is one-fourth to one-eighth of the starting current of conventional switch control, reducing the impact on the machine drive device and motor, and has high reliability. It is used in occasions with high control requirements in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, urban water supply, and sewage treatment.
