ZC series valve electric device is a two-position valve electric drive device, suitable for valves with linear motion of valve disc, such as stop valve, gate valve, throttle valve, diaphragm valve, etc. After being combined with a two-stage reduction device, it can also be used for valves with rotary motion of valve disc, such as ball valve, butterfly valve, etc. The product has passed the type test and ten thousand times life test, and its performance indicators meet the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 standard.

The output torque ranges from 450N•m to 10000N•m (in five machine base sizes), and the output speed is available in eight options of 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, and 60r/min (no high speed for larger output torque). The manual and electric switching are all on the high-speed shaft. Two connection sizes of torque type and thrust type are available, which meet the standards of JB2920 and ISO5210 respectively. The stroke controller can be expanded to four positions (open, close, middle 1, middle 2). The valve position transmitter (4~20mA current output) is available as an accessory.
