HVP11 Intrinsically Safe Intelligent Electric Valve Positioner
The HVP intelligent valve positioner is an essential accessory for realizing the intelligentization of pneumatic actuators.
The HVP11 intelligent valve positioner is an intrinsically safe intelligent valve positioner, and its working principle is completely different from that of an analog positioner. It forms a feedback control loop with a pneumatic actuator. In this loop, the displayed control valve position feedback signal is used as the controlled variable and compared with a given signal value in the microprocessor. The deviation between these two signals is output through the main control board, sending pulse signals of different durations to control the pressure output of the I/P conversion unit, thereby driving the control valve to move.
