Overview:

The ICS-30 electronic belt scale features a set of idlers mounted on the scale frame and employs two pressure-type load cells. Its dynamic cumulative error is better than ±0.1%, making it suitable for applications where high precision is not required and installation is simple. This scale can also be installed on belt conveyors with constantly changing inclination angles, such as stacker-reclaimers.

System components:

The ICS-30 electronic belt scale consists of four parts:

1. Weighing cable tray (1 set)

2. One Sanyuan weighing controller (instrument) (with 4-20mA output)

3. Two load cells (from a well-known professional manufacturer)

4. Speed ​​sensor and speed measuring roller, 1 unit (Type 60-12)
